Use the Hidden Secret to Catapult Your Success

IntroFormulaGetClientsLogo

The Introvert’s Formula to Get Clients – online course – Next Session – June 11, 2018

“You’re wrong!” Susan’s mother said with venom.

“I’m different,” my client, Susan, replied, firm and steady.

When Susan later told me how she remained calm and assertive, I replied, “That’s great. You had a great moment there.”

Susan and I had been working on her rehearsals, preparing her to respond skillfully in conflict situations.

Similar situations rise up in business when tension is high, and a great leader must respond skillfully.

Later, I was reflecting on assertiveness and the important difference: An Excuse versus An “Adapt-Step.”

It’s important for us to note:

An Excuse stops our progress cold.
Versus
An Adapt-Step helps us deal with a tough reality and still move forward.

Here are examples:

  • An Excuse: I don’t feel comfortable at networking events. (Result: I avoid them.)
  • An Adapt-Step: Networking events cost me personal energy [a tough reality for an introvert]. I set boundaries and stay for only 1 to 2 hours. And I am choosy about only attending the most important networking events for my business success.

I have been thinking a lot about the “Adapt-Step” because that is a vital portion of my online course The Introvert’s Formula to Get Clients – Next Session Begins June 11th. (If interested in this online course, send an email to tomsupercoach@gmail.com — and become eligible for a discount.)

I’m an Introvert. There, I said it. I’ve learned to overcome “excuses.”

Recently, I replied to a client’s question with: “I broke into three industries cold (no contacts): feature film, speaking and academia. Not bad for an introvert.”

My friend, I encourage you to pause now and use a sheet of paper. Write the headings of two parallel columns: 3 Excuses and 3 Adapt-Steps. Write down three examples from your current life in the 3 Excuses column. Then brainstorm and write 3, 6 or 9 possible Adapt-Steps you could take.

Successful people I’ve interviewed report that they face fear and personal excuses. Then they transform the situation by listing their next actions (what we call Adapt-Steps).

They take action.

I emphasize: Confidence is not comfort. Instead focus on these actions: Get the coaching, do the rehearsals and take action using your next Adapt-Steps.

Special Note: A special form of an Adapt-Step is trimming things from your life that drain your energy. Ask yourself: “Does this strengthen me?” Then make good decisions. Perhaps, you’ll limit your exposure to certain negative people.

Warmly,
Tom

Secrets to Get More Done and Banish Feeling Overwhelmed

fire1

Learn about “Extreme Confidence” – Free Webinar – Feb. 28, 2018, hosted by Tom Marcoux

“It’s too complicated and I feel confused. I just want some clarity,” my client, Matthew, said.

“I hear you. We’ve talked about your packed To-Do List. I’ve learned that a To-Do list is often a Guilt-List,” I replied.

It’s valuable to pull out the most important tasks from your complicated and crowded To-Do List.

When you do this, you get clarity, and you guard your personal energy. Bonus!–You banish feeling overwhelmed.

We’ll use the F.O.C.U.S. process:

F – Find options
O – organize by the most important
C – count on three
U – uncover your results
S – strategize for “droppables”

1, Find options
(Tool: Consider Box)

What’s most important for you to do today—or this week?

So many ideas are vague, and you’ll ultimately discard them. You don’t want them draining your energy nor cluttering your To-Do List.

Place them in the Consider Box.

With my own coach, I mention some ideas for future projects and future marketing plans. I note them and put them aside “into the Consider Box.”

It’s important to guard your personal energy. When an idea/task is in the Consider Box, it is not active and you avoid feeling guilty about not getting around to it.

What do you want to put into your Consider Box?

2. Organize by the most important
(Tool: Progress One Page)

Something is the most important for you. Use one page (your Progress One Page) to track your progress. Check off that you worked on the one task each day. Some of my clients track their daily exercise on one page (taped to their bathroom mirror).

Jerry Seinfeld gave a young comic Brad Isaac a tool that has become known as “Jerry Seinfeld’s Productivity Secret.”

Jerry said: “Put a big wall calendar for a year on a wall. For every day you do your writing, you get to put a big red X over that day. After a few days you’ll have a chain. Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You’ll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain. Don’t break the chain.”

Using the Progress One Page follows the pattern that Jerry talked about.

******BREAKING NEWS! FEB. 28, 2018 — FREE WEBINAR — LEARN ABOUT “EXTREME CONFIDENCE” AND EFFECTIVE PERSUASION … and more. ******

3. Count on three
(Tool: Top  3 Sheet)

For example, at one point, I held certain priorities:

  • Revise my novel
  • Write a webinar
  • Revise my leadership book

With my Top 3 Sheet, I made sure to do these tasks every day and check them off.

The Top 3 Sheet is one page in which you list your top three most important tasks, and you check them off daily. Some of my clients keep their Top 3 Sheet on a corkboard where they can see it daily.

I have a phrase: Make it a game you can win.

4. Uncover your results
(Tool: Evaluation Box)

One of my clients identified three top priorities for the week: a) Health, b) Efforts that bring in clients and c) Long-term, enjoyable work.

Every week, we went over her list. She would apply an evaluation of her weekly progress per her three top priorities:

Green – good
Yellow – caution
Red – it’s a problem; fix this.

The power of this Evaluation Box system is that you’re holding yourself accountable. You stay aware of what you’re doing and what you’re failing to do.

You’ll find that using this pattern of awareness leading to correction to be helpful.

5. Strategize for “droppables”
(Tool: Select Droppables)

“The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do. ” – Michael Porter

“Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do.”— Steve Jobs

We can’t do it all. Not at one point in time. And, some tasks/projects become obsolete. At one point, I had two major projects TimePulse and Jack AngelSword. These are entertainment franchises that will feature books/ screenplays/graphic novels/toys and more.

My intuition gave me a question to ask new interns working with my company: “Which would you rather work on TimePulse or Jack AngelSword?” Unanimously, the new interns said, “Jack AngelSword.”

My entertainment franchise work is for young people and others. On hearing such feedback, I realized that I preferred to work on Jack AngelSword, too. (This year, I’m releasing two novels featuring Jack AngelSword.)

So, I completed a book (a collection of my short fiction) that had three TimePulse stories in it. And then, I made TimePulse a droppable. That is, I dropped TimePulse from my company’s schedule.

At another time, I had 14 projects on my corkboard. I dropped six and quickly completed four projects. Then, I carried onward with four.

If you feel overwhelmed, see what you can make into a “droppable.”

In summary, be sure to focus on the most important.

The Tools I shared are:

  • Consider Box
  • Progress One Page
  • Top 3 Sheet
  • Evaluation Box
  • Select Droppables

Tom

Use the Secret to Influence Others to Great Success

Risk

Tom Marcoux says, “Rise up. Build great relationships for success and happiness.”

“It’s my business partner who is causing all of the trouble,” Cynthia, an audience member, said—seeking my guidance after one of my speeches. “She is the one who needs to change.”

Just about every individual I’ve met has someone in their lives who is “causing trouble” and “who needs to change.”

“To create sustainable innovations … connect with one another first, before trying to solve a problem.” – Michael J. Gelb

As the Spoken Word Strategist and Executive Coach, I focus on helping people communicate so well that they create healthy and productive connections.

We cannot wait for others to change … when often they have no incentive to change.

A Secret: To create better in your life, you must lead yourself.

In my speech about “The RoiLeader,” I emphasize that one must relate well. ROI refers to “return on investment.” Our best investments are in our own skills and in the person we’re talking to.

I break down R.O.I as Relate, Optimize and Intuit.

Here, we’ll talk about Relate.

How do you relate to yourself? Do you listen to your own feelings? Or do you stuff them down and ignore them?

Your ability to relate to others begins with your ability to know the truth in yourself and to be supportive of your own health and happiness. From a solid starting point, we then seek to effectively influence others.

Psychiatrist and Professor Robert J. Waldinger of Harvard Medical School notes the results of an on-going 77 year-long study of happiness: “The good life is built with good relationships.”

I’m going to briefly introduce elements of excellent leadership and relating. We often appreciate those leaders who are C.A.L.M. in the face of adversity.

C – call on intuition
A – agree
L – listen
M – measure

  1. Call on intuition

Many top leaders mention how they use “gut feelings” to make critical decisions.

“Often you have to rely on intuition.” – Bill Gates

“Intuition becomes increasingly valuable in the new information society precisely because there is so much data.” – John Naisbitt

“The only real valuable thing is intuition.” – Albert Einstein

When it comes to relating well, we must pay close attention. When you listen to the person’s vocal tone, the pacing of their speech, and their words, you’re getting closer to understanding what they want. Add in observations of the body language and actions. The person might say, “I’m okay” – but your intuition may be warning you that something is going on beneath the surface communication.

Researcher and author Gerd Gigerenzer identifies intuition as connected with data that has not risen to the conscious level. He notes situations in which a person had a “bad feeling” but could not give a persuasive, rational argument. Then the company went ahead into what became a business disaster, and the person’s “bad feeling” proved an accurate assessment.

Be sure to pay close attention to the other person, and make sure to listen to your own intuitive impressions.

How can you make space so you can listen to your own intuition?

  1. Agree

“Agreements are courageous and creative. They honor the other person. They are coauthored between two composers of the agreement. People give their word and keep it. People honor agreements to a far greater degree than they live up to expectations.” – Steve Chandler

Years ago, I learned that the leader does well to make sure that the team member makes a  real commitment. I have asked, “Do you agree that you have all that you need to get the 1-2-3 Project done by 4 pm on Thursday?”

The person might come back with “Wait a minute. I can’t agree to that because I won’t get Part B from Gerald in time.” This is vital information.

I’ve also learned to ask for further confirmation—because some people are too optimistic in their time projections.

Make sure that you make things work so you get the reply of “I agree” from the other person.

How will you implement agreements in your work life?

  1. Listen

Listening is the beginning of leadership. You need to know the person you’re leading. He or she needs to know that they’ve been heard. (This is so important to me that I wrote a book, Connect: High Trust Communication for Your Success in Business and Life.) I’ve emphasized with clients and graduate students: When you’re listening, you’re winning.

Many of us are quick to judge another person’s comment—so fast it seems like a reflex. Learn to pause, take a breath, ask a gentle question and listen some more. Then, provide a Reflective Reply, which sounds like: “That sounds like it was disappointing.” You reflect the person’s feelings.

How will you slow down and listen more to people?

  1. Measure

Team members count on the leader to demonstrate the team’s current status. Are we making progress?

“People wouldn’t go bowling if they couldn’t see the pins drop.” – Zig Ziglar

Make measurements as clear and simple as possible.

My phrase is: Keep Score and Achieve More.

The team leader helps everyone get clear on what’s necessary for vital progress. Leaders also help the team members celebrate incremental progress. This is crucial since much of what we do involves a “long haul.”

How will you emphasize simple and clear measurements?

In summary, when you want to improve your leadership skills (as a team leader—or even as a leader of your own life), focus on:

C – call on intuition
A – agree
L – listen
M – measure

How You Can Leap Up for More Success and Happiness

tomphoto_tiger_pitch_recover

“What’s absolutely crucial to achieve success?” Marina, an audience member, asked me.

“Two things. How you handle fear and how you create energy in yourself,” I replied.

As Spoken Word Strategist and Executive Coach, I recently helped clients manifest more energy and focus to get things done. The truth is: We need to become more skillful and take action.

Improve Your Skills related to Success, Happiness and Fear

In a number of my books, I’ve written about …

“When you’re in action, you’re focused, and fear is a quiet voice in the background.” – Tom Marcoux

While I do meditate (briefly) each day, I note that my clients and I just need to get fear to quiet down—and we can move forward effectively.

(Sure, a monk, with meditating six hours a day, may eliminate most fear. Still, I’m interested in working with you in the here and now!)

Unchecked, fear can paralyze people. Fear can suck the air out of the room.

Instead, we focus on generating empowering energy.

This relates to one of my favorite quotes:

“Courage is not the absence of fear but rather the judgment that something is more important than fear.” – Meg Cabot.

My own wife elaborated on this idea. She said, “Tom, if you were in trouble, and I was scared to go over there—I’d still go over there because you’re more important.”

I immediately gave her a kiss and hug.

How Can You Manifest Your Courage?

Focus on what is meaningful to you—something that is more important to you than fear.

Now it’s your turn. Write down your answers to these questions: “What’s most important to me? What means more to me than something that scares me?

Let’s Look at the Connection Between Meaning and Happiness

Think about it. Where can you derive empowering energy? It comes from what you find meaningful. (If you do something meaningful, you have a source of happiness and good feelings.)

“High Performers spend more of their time doing things that they find meaningful and this makes them happy.” – Brendon Burchard

I truly appreciate how the above comment emphasizes both focus (on the meaningful) and action. For example, every day, I write portions of my trilogy of novels, Jenalee Storm. This makes me happy.

Perhaps, you’ve noticed that a number of individuals focus on comfort and safety.

On the other hand, have you observed that excited people are stretching, growing and learning? Again, this is about focus, meaning and action—on the path of success and happiness. And, while you’re in action, you’re focused, and fear is a quiet voice in the background.

Success as a Daily Path

“Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.” – Jim Rohn

“Success isn’t always about greatness. It’s about consistency. Consistent hard work leads to success. Greatness will come.” – Dwayne Johnson

I appreciate Dwayne Johnson’s comment because it helps us let go of doubt that we may not have been “gifted” or “born great.” Instead, the successful path is one of consistent hard (and focused) work.

Now it’s your turn. Write down your answers to these questions: What can I do daily that connects to what I find most meaningful? How can these actions improve my skills and move my life forward?

In summary, we’re noticing that success, happiness and fear do relate in certain ways to each other.

Our answer is to take daily action that is Meaningful, Makes Better Skills, and Moves Your Life Forward. (The 3 M’s).

Warmly,
Tom

Use the One Step That Brings Your Higher Success

10-11-17)PowerUpYourBrand_ClientsBUP

Attend Oct. 25, 2017 – FREE Workshop “Power Up Your Brand: Attract Clients”

“I’ve got too much to do!” my client, Amanda, said.
“I hear you. It’s in your voice. You’re feeling overwhelmed, right?” I said.
“I can’t get it all done!”
“That’s true,” I said.

As the Spoken Word Strategist and an Executive Coach, my clients expect me to tell them the truth and cut through the cluttered-thinking we may fall into.

Do you notice these details? …

  • You canNOT get it all done
  • Some areas, you do well
  • Some areas, you’re clogged up
  • A bit of insight does not kick you into action

It’s not insight that gets you off the floor.

It’s a System. Don’t make a big production out of the idea of a system.

Let’s call “system” something else: An Effective Pattern.

Every day, I write. My clients ask:

  • Tom, could you help me with my speech, website and press release?
  • Would you help me with sound bites for my appearances on TV, radio and podcasts?
  • Could you help me write the video so I get sales?
  • Help me write my Online Course, okay?
  • You mentioned that this book needs to be strategically written and positioned so I’ll be speaking at conferences, working with high-end clients and appearing in the media. What do you suggest?

I have no hesitation. I jump in and write. Not because I feel like it. (I often do not feel like writing.) I have a full menu of Effective Patterns so I write immediately.

Now, let’s add an Effective Pattern to your day:

Reduce Feeling Overwhelmed with this One Step

I’ll now share an Effective Pattern (system).

Here’s One Step that will get some things off your scheduleSort your tasks into two categories (I call them “boxes”). Picture that you have two boxes in front of you. Box #1 is your “Consider Box.” Box #2 is your “OTA Commitments box.*”

** OTA stands for “On Time for Airport” Commitment. I don’t know anyone who does not take special care to get to the airport early to ensure they board their flight.

In essence, you choose what you will consider doing at some point, but you’re not going to fret about these things this current week.

You’ll save your precious energy because you’ll avoid criticizing yourself for failing to get everything done.

Secondly, you focus on your most important commitments. For example, at this moment, I’m writing 2,000 words a day (for my 45th book). This is an OTA Commitment.

My clients reduce a significant portion of their workload by making that choice to separate things they’re considering from that which is essential.

For example, I canNOT reach out to everyone I have met who might need my special combination of Spoken Word Strategist/Executive Coach work.

I must focus on my Highest Priorities. I contact first, the most promising people to be a match for me as their Spoken Word Strategist – Executive Coach.

Now, it’s your turn. You can reduce your stress by sorting “stuff to consider” and OTA Commitments.

Answer these questions:

  • What’s most important to you about ______ (your career, your family, bringing love into your life …)?
  • What Top 3 Things can you do this week that will make the Best Difference?
  • What can you “toss into your Consider Box” – and off your plate?
  • What’s in your OTA Commitments box?

Sometimes, I’m working with a client and I have to say something brief to shake the person up.

My client, Amanda, runs her own business. She said, “I don’t know what to do next.”
“You’re asking about your business, right?” I ask.
“Yes.”
“Here’s a principle related to keep your good company going.”
“What is it?”
“Go get the money.”

I explain that, during work hours, the thing to do is get the money: Send the invoice, make the marketing call, create your online course, rehearse your speech and so forth.

Focus on The Power of Three

I encourage my clients to focus on “The Power of Three.” By this I mean, identify three most important steps … or three speech titles … or three most important marketing methods.

I’ve seen several other business owners get stuck in a pattern of “Oh, look! That new thing is shiny.” They do a little of one marketing method, get bored, and search for something new and ‘shiny’—the next class or book.

Instead, you’ll massively improve your productivity by choosing THREE, and you’ll avoid spreading yourself too thin.

In summary, the One Step that Brings You Higher Success is to sort your tasks into the Consider Box and the OTA Commitments Box.

Focus! Take action on your Top Three Most Valuable Tasks.

Warmly,
Tom

“I’m good at what I do, but I hate selling,” my friend, Mark, said.

“What if I could introduce you to something different? Something that is better than selling and you’ll feel good about it,” I said.

“Tell me more,” he said.

I introduced him to the process of Enrolling.

Picture this. You get a prospective client to express what she really wants to accomplish.

In essence, you enroll the person in her highest good.

Then through Supportive Listening, your next words truly resonate with the person and they want what you offer. The person feels that what you’re saying is relevant to him or her.

This is a whole new paradigm. Gone are the days of standard selling and “overcoming resistance” or “overwhelming the resistance you get.”

When mentors taught me these methods (and I innovated my own methods), I got excited. Why? Because I felt free of trying to push or convince the prospective client of anything.

Let’s face it. We don’t like people who push their ideas and their so-called logic on us.

Instead, you learn to practice enrolling. You gain clients and feel great doing the process.

Now, the Sofia University MBA Program has invited me to step on campus and teach enrolling Sept 23, 2017 in Palo Alto, California. They are also offering the workshop online. This is a workshop. You will not only hear about the methods. You will work with partners and practice the methods. You can also bring your current marketing materials and work to improve them. Limited seating (Limited tickets to attend ONLINE)! Get your ticket when you CLICK HERE.

My friend, open a new world when you learn how to enroll people.

“Tell me directly, Tom. What’s holding me back?” my client, Selena, asked.

“Fear,” I began. “What’s going on with you and fear?”

This began a powerful conversation, which was the springboard for what I’m sharing with you here.

“When you’re in action, you’re focused, and fear is a quiet voice in the background,” I wrote in two of my books (including Amazing You). As an Executive Coach and the Spoken Word Strategist, I help clients take effective action and expand their success.

What’s so important about fear being pushed into the background? First, you start making decisions that are NOT fear-based. Good for you!

Second, courage becomes your path of having both joy and a fulfilling life journey.

“Courage is not the absence of fear but rather the judgement that something is more important than fear.” – Meg Cabot

I recently shared with my own coach the four values that mean a lot to me: Love, Freedom, Creativity and Contribution.

These Four Values are more important to me than fear. Each week, as I take action to honor these Four Values, I face fear. I’ve learned from mentors that if you don’t face fear in some form, you’re not growing and stretching enough. Big success and deep fulfillment require that you step outside your comfort zone.

I invite you to avoid waiting for the absence of fear. Instead, become skillful in working with your fear.

We’ll use the O.N. process:

O – open your eyes to true fear, false fear and “the unfamiliar”
N – nurture your strength

  1. Open your eyes to true fear, false fear and “the unfamiliar”

Let’s look at these distinctions. I’m not giving dictionary-type definitions. My target is to give you an impression of three experiences:

True Fear: Fall off the mountain, and you’re dead.
False Fear: Failing with one product ends one’s career.
“Unfamiliar”: Something that feels strange and brings up discomfort.

It’s important to learn to move forward even while experiencing false fear and/or the unfamiliar.

In interviewing top, successful people, I’ve learned that they have become skillful about doing things that “scare them.” We’re not talking about taking unnecessary and, perhaps, foolish risks.

Instead, we’re talking about doing what I call Effective Rehearsal and putting yourself into the marketplace with a new speech, book, product, job resume or something else. Sure, appropriate risk is involved.

Assess whether you’re procrastinating on something because of a valid, True Fear. For example, if you were procrastinating on getting scuba lessons because you’re afraid that at 70 feet down, you might panic and risk your life … that might be a True Fear.

Here’s a “false fear” for me. When I was injured and had to endure a MRI exam, I discovered the experience of the exam was like being placed into a morgue drawer. I had about 1.5 inches above my nose. My heart raced, and I clenched my fists.

After that, I was concerned that wearing a diving helmet and walking on the ocean floor would give me a terrible experience of claustrophobia.

Did I give up? No. I booked the helmet-diving experience. And prior to the event, I rehearsed on dry land. I visualized while I wore a hoodie (sweatshirt) that I was walking on the ocean floor, and I was concentrating on the ocean floor – not the tiny helmet on my head. I call this, for me, Effective Rehearsal.

Yes—I did have a great experience walking on the ocean floor in the Grand Caymans. So I proved to myself that the fear of wearing a diving helmet was a “false fear.”

I invite you to not let “false fear” stop you.

How can you get more information so you can assess whether something is a “false fear”—and you can get coaching to do well?

  1. Nurture your strength

What is it going to take for you to face fear? Your personal strength.

Enough sleep, proper nutrition, and appropriate exercise comprise the basics for your personal strength. Add quiet time (meditation, prayer-time, and so on), and you’re on your way forward.

To be at your best, assess what is true for you. Look at how you devote your time. Sometimes, it’s necessary to look at your friendships and time with relatives. I guide my clients to ask, “Does this strengthen me?”

A relative who consistently belittles you is not helping! Limit your exposure to that person.

Here’s another important point. Take care to develop what makes YOU happy. In one of my favorite videos I made [CLICK HERE for the video “How to Believe in Yourself When Others Don’t], I said, “Measure by your heart, not their approval.”

How are you making sure to guard your personal strength?

In summary, become skillful about how you deal with fear. Real joy and fulfillment are outside your comfort zone.

Focus on what’s most important to you. Take action to fulfill your personal values. I shared that my values include Love, Freedom, Creativity and Contribution.

What are your Four Top Values?
How will you make daily progress?

My friend, the best to you on your journey.

Warmly,
Tom

Use the Power of “Call It Out” – Expand Your Success

“What makes the difference between being caught in limits and breaking free to enjoy success?” my client, Andrea, asked.

“I’ve learned that successful people are willing to face important details,” I began. “My phrase is: Use the power of ‘Call It Out.’”

“Call out what?”

To stretch ourselves and create success on a scale beyond anything we’ve known, we call out the following:

  • Where you feel fear
  • Where you need courage
  • A bad pattern in a friendship
  • Areas you need coaching
  • What requires your discipline
  • Where you need awareness

The truth is: You can’t fix something if you’re not aware of it.

In working with clients, I hear limiting beliefs emphasized by individuals.

“I’m not good with words,” Susan says.

“Do you want to get better with words?” I ask.

Later in the conversation, I find my intuition calls on me to ask her, “If you developed skill with words, what would you have to give up?”

I watched her face. Her eyes opened wide, and finally she said, “I’d have to actually apply myself and try new things in a marketing plan.”

“Is there some type of fear connected to that?” I asked.

“I might lose money, if I run a marketing campaign that fails,” Susan said.

“Okay! We can work with that. We’ll test aspects of a marketing campaign before you invest money in it. Still, you have a New Story. You’re getting better with words,” I said.

The Real Step to Freeing You to Rise to Tremendous Success

My phrase is: Face it, flip it, forward it. (Do this process and free yourself for tremendous success.)

When you call out what holds you back, you’re facing necessary details.

Then you can change your approach or flip it.

Then you can move your life forward.

About a year ago, I had the choice to contact someone in a company. Would I start at the top or would I start with an underling?

I called it out: “It will take my courage and strategy to contact the top person at that company.”

I strategized my approach, and then I made the phone call.

I was surprised that the guy answered his own phone. (It was after hours.)

I was proud of myself. Think about times when you have been proud of yourself.

Similarly, I guide my clients (and readers!) to do that which calls for courage.

You’ll enjoy success that exceeds your first imaginings.

How great!

Warmly,

Tom
